To celebrate the World Cup and the launch of Jordan Brand’s Joga Sinistro team jersey, Jordan Brand and Awake NY tapped Game Seven to lead the creative and experiential build for COPA DO LOWER EAST SIDE, an eight team soccer tournament rooted in the energy of New York’s Lower East Side.
Hosted at Seward Park on Essex Street, the event brought together local businesses, fans, and community tastemakers for a day of soccer, culture, and brand storytelling. As a key creative moment, the handball court was transformed with a large-scale Brazilian flag, creating a bold visual centerpiece that connected the spirit of the World Cup to the neighborhood.
Fans lined up to enter the park, watch the matches, enjoy light bites, and engage with branded photo moments throughout the space.
Through creative direction, environmental design, and community-focused programming, COPA DO LOWER EAST SIDE became a vibrant celebration of sport, style, and local culture.
