Victor Roman is a New York City born Creative Director with over a decade of experience spanning agency and independent practice. His work sits at the intersection of culture, sports, music, and storytelling.
Currently working with the Game Seven creative team, Victor has led and contributed to projects for globally recognized brands including Nike, Spotify, Netflix, Aimé Leon Dore, StockX, and Def Jam. His approach blends concept-driven thinking with a deep sensitivity to typography, image-making, and cultural context.

For Spring/Summer 2026, I led the headwear direction for Aimé Leon Dore, shaping a collection that brought together sport, culture, and collaboration. The season featured projects with Technics, Krylon, Alekkos Fassianos and Olympiacos F.C. Each adding a distinct perspective, from hi-fi, minimalism to street-driven color and heritage sport influences.
A key focus was expanding our partnership with New Era Cap Company, where I designed a full collection of custom caps with new colorways for the New York Mets, New York Yankees, and Los Angeles Dodgers. By reinterpreting classic team iconography through the ALD lens,refined tones, premium materials, and considered details, we created a cohesive headwear offering that felt both nostalgic and forward.
